Dr. Praveen Kumar Mannepalli is currently working as an Professor and Head in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (Cyber Security), GHIET, Nagpur. He did his Ph.D. in the faculty of Computer Science & Engineering from Sunrise University, Rajasthan, M.Tech from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Andhra Pradesh and B.Tech from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. He is an astute Professional with fifteen pulse years of experience in Teaching and Mentoring of undergraduate, postgraduate, and Ph.D. students in various institutions and different positions. He also worked as an Assistant Professor at the prestigious Hawassa University in Awassa, Ethiopia for four Years. He has demonstrated his abilities in teaching and administration in a variety of capacities at well-known institutes and Universities.

         He has thirty-three research paper publications to his credit. He has published five text books and one book chapters at an international level in the fields of Machine Learning, Data Science, Cloud Computing, and Block chain Technology. He is an acting reviewer and editorial board member for many national and international journals and Conferences.
He had an experience of facilitating and coaching students by using modern multimedia techniques and interactive discussions to help students learn and apply concepts in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Cloud Computing, and Block Chain tools and technology.

Under his supervision, two PhD scholars were awarded PhDs in the faculty of Computer Science and Engineering.

 

           He is a reviewer for IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics from the USA. Other than that he is also a reviewer for five international journals which are from the USA, French, and India. He also Secure  two Patent and one Copyright on his Name.

 

            He is an Editorial Board Member for ten international journals from India. He acted as a Committee Member and International Scientific Committee for several International conferences conducted from San Francisco, Tokyo, Turkey, Bangkok, and India. He is an author for Linux server installation book published by Sara publication with ISBN:978-1-63042-903-04, Diagnostic of Glaucoma book published by Lap Lambert Academic Publishing, German with ISBN: 978-620-0-47279-3, Security Analysis of Ethereum Using Blockchaine book published by Lap Lambert Academic Publishing, German with ISBN: 978-620-2-52047-8.

          He received a Best Computer Science Faculty Award from ASDF GLOBAL AWARDS V7.0  December 2017, GOA, India.  Research Excellent award from Indo – Global Education Summit & Expo 2017. Organized by Indus Foundation. He also received a Best Academic Researcher Award of 2022 from ASDF AWARDS V12 31, December 2022, Bangkok.
